Your most valuable remote business is often built on the skills you already use every day.
My workshops help women 30+ identify those strengths, package them into services people will pay for, and create a realistic plan to transition from office life to sustainable remote income.
No hype. No overnight success promises. Just a clear, practical roadmap that works.

I combine practical business strategy with real-world experience in HR, recruitment, executive support, and operations to help women navigate one of the biggest transitions of their lives: building a sustainable remote career or business.
My sessions go beyond inspiration. Every audience leaves with practical tools, a clearer direction, and realistic next steps they can put into action immediately.
For most of my career, I worked behind the scenes.
In HR, recruitment, executive support and business operations, I helped companies find the right people, build strong teams and turn ideas into something that actually worked.
But some of the biggest lessons I bring to the stage didn't come from my career.
They came from having to rebuild.
My own life hasn't followed a straight line. I grew up in an environment that taught me resilience early, and years later, a serious car accident changed the direction of my life completely. Recovery meant rebuilding much more than my health. I had to rethink my career, my identity and what I wanted my life to look like.
It changed the way I think about work, freedom and what we're capable of creating with the experience we already have.
Today, as the founder of SUALIA, I help experienced women turn their skills, knowledge and experience into remote businesses of their own.
And that's what I bring into my speaking too.
Not another story about quitting everything, following your passion and hoping it works out. But honest conversations about building differently. About recognizing the value of what you already know. About creating more freedom without starting your life over. And about turning possibility into practical next steps.
Whether I'm speaking on stage, joining a podcast or leading a workshop, I want people to walk away thinking:
Maybe I can build this differently too.
And more importantly, knowing where to start.
