OK. So, you're an exec, want to grow (or fix) your business(es) and need to do this as efficiently, effectively (and low risk) as possible:
1) Hire Idalien. I can 100% recommend her, having pulled her in to support 2 of the most challenging CEOs I advise. She knocked it out of the park, with both, and helped both of them (individually, as well as their businesses) become far more efficient, effective and successful.
2) Dump everything on her. She's got a brain which can handle what would break most people ... AND prioritize the "most important", see connections others can't, find the best options/paths to make things work (so, yes, she DOES think like a CEO ... which is why you'll want her as your right-hand person).
3) Give her the space to put in needed SOPs, software and structures. THIS is one of her super-powers ... structuring orgs, figuring out optimal processes, knowing what software can reasonably do (and when and where to implement it) and making sure your business becomes truly standardized, efficient and as automated as reasonable.
4) Listen to her on getting the most out of your people. It's rare (for me, at least) to find someone who can be as good at products and processes as people management (and motivation). I've seen her plugged into managing an entire team ... and how much more productive and passionate they became. No, it's not about taking your place ... but about helping you focus on what YOU need to (the things only you can do) and letting her set up what gets outsourced and/or offshored (where it makes sense) and how to identify others' strengths and set everyone up for success.
